It's been a very busy couple of months in the life of play_rewind_eject. The main life changing event is I've become a father! I now have an awesome daughter called Sophie and to say it's turned my world upside down is an understatement (but in a completely great way). In between this truly magical experience I've been scribbling down songs and new ideas for the next album and I'm almost ready to start recording it. It's not often that I get so enthusiastic about a new artist I discover that I feel compelled to write about them but I've discovered Langnhorne Slim today courtesy of some Spotify related artist searching. If you like Bluegrass, folky, bluesy acoustic rock then this guy is for you. I'm currently listening to 'Rebel Side of Heaven' from his 2008 album (Langhorne Slim & the War Eagles).
